Let the beauty and functionality of stainless steel shine bright in your kitchen with Tramontina's 24 cm 5.8 L stainless steel deep casserole dish with tri-ply body, lid and handles from the Grano line. A highly durable, high-quality product that adds convenience to your daily routine, allowing you to prepare even more delicious meals. The tri-ply body (stainless steel + aluminum + stainless steel) distributes heat evenly for faster and more uniform cooking, keeping food warm for longer and saving energy and gas. This Tramontina casserole dish combines design with state-of-the-art technology, making your kitchen and table even more charming.
Features:
- Healthier: as it is made of stainless steel, the Tramontina saute pan does not release any residue in your food.
- Easy to use: a practical saute pan for all your recipes that does beautifully well on any type of cooker: gas, electric, glass ceramic, or induction. It also features a lid with steam vent that fits perfectly.
- More durable: Tramontina's stainless steel is a high quality raw material, highly resistant, and does beautifully well for much longer in the kitchen.
- Saves time and energy: the secret is the triple body (stainless steel + aluminum + stainless steel), which distributes the heat evenly for faster cooking. This is why you can keep the heat low while cooking, which saves energy. What is more, the full stainless steel saute pan can be used in the oven to gratin or cook dishes at a maximum temperature of 260°C.
- Easy to clean: it is quite simple to have a spotless saute pan. All you need is water, soap, and a soft sponge. If you prefer, you can simply put it in the dishwasher.
Product Handling / Safety Instructions:
- The maximum capacity for cooking is 3/4 of the total volume of the item.
- Before using the frying pan for the first time, remove all tags and wash it. After that, grease the surface with oil and heat the pan up on low heat for 2-3 minutes, depending on the size of your frying pan. Let it cool down and wash it with sponge and mild detergent in lukewarm water. Rinse it.
- When preparing food, always use low or medium heat, which helps preserve nutrients.
- When the frying pan is used on a gas cooker, the flame must not go higher than the bottom of the pan. If using a hot plate, it must be the same diameter or smaller than the bottom of the pan.
- To preserve the coating, do not use utensils with metallic tips. We recommend using only nylon, silicone or wooden utensils.
- Do not heat up food by placing one frying pan of the same diameter inside another. This is dangerous, as it creates a vacuum seal making it impossible to separate them.
- Do not leave an empty frying pan over a heat source.
- Only place hot pans on heat-resistant surfaces.
- Always let your frying pan cool down before immersing it in water.
- If you burn food, leave the frying pan to soak in water for a while before washing it.
